Fire Risk Assessments
Under the Fire Safety Order 2005 every non domestic premises has to have a regular Fire Risk Assessment – known as FRA.
Non domestic includes the obvious – offices, shops, factories etc. But it also includes the common areas of blocks of flats, or if you rent out domestic or commercial property, that needs to be assessed. We can carry out the FRA and give you a report with an Action Plan detailing any remedial actions needed.

All properties need to have a suitable alarm system. The British Standards set down different requirements for different types of premises. As Members of the Fire Protection Association we are able to specify what type of alarm you need and can then recommend qualified engineers who can install and maintain your system.
